A pedagogy of action
Based on our "tripod of progress", it is active and practical, aiming to provide each participant with the essential autonomy for any sustainable advancement. Theoretical frameworks as well as methods are transmitted interactively and complement the numerous exercises to assist in ownership.
Multiple sources
Derived from various approaches, including theatrical techniques, the Palo Alto school, and Positive Psychology, it aims at the enhancement of individual resources for their implementation in the professional context of our learners.
Personalization of learning
With our systematization of feedback after a synthesis exercise (specifying strengths and areas for development according to a pre-established framework).

Moyens et supports pédagogiques
Training materials are provided to participants. In the form of summary sheets, they contain the key concepts that our trainers will deliver during the training. Most often, they are in digital (pdf) format and are sent via email. In some cases, they may be paper documents.
If the training takes place at our premises, our library, boasting over 200 books, is available to our participants for free access. Our team is also available for a sharing of experiences with our participants.
